Harassment – Police cited a 30-year-old man with no permanent address with harassment at 12:01 a.m. July 22 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.Harassment – Police cited a 33-year-old Fredericksburg man with harassment at 12 p.m. June 10 on the 900 block of Willow Street.Disorderly Conduct, Sale And Use Of Air Rifles – Police cited a 16-year-old Lebanon male with disorderly conduct and sale and use of air rifles at 7:31 p.m. July 7 on the 500 block of Spruce Street.Disorderly Conduct – Police cited a 36-year-old Lebanon man with disorderlyconduct at 10:14 a.m. July 15 on the 700 block of East Lehman Street.Harassment – Police cited a 17-year-old Lebanon male with harassment at 1:13 a.m. July 9 on the 400 block of Guilford Street.Retail Theft – Police cited a 30-year-old Lebanon man with retail theft at 8:04 p.m. July 20 on the 1000 block of Church Street. The man is accused of taking merchandise, valued at $116.92, from a store without paying.Public Drunkenness – Police cited a 25-year-old Lebanon man with public drunkenness at 7:32 p.m. July 22 at Spruce and Church streets.Public Drunkenness – Police cited a 47-year-old Lebanon man with public drunkenness at 6:54 p.m. July 22 on the 300 block of Old North 9th Street.Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest – Police cited Shariem Houston, 36, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related), disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at 3:02 a.m. July 18 on the 400 block of East Weidman Street. Houston is accused of biting the 28-year-old victim, causing injury to her arm. Houston is accused of running from officers when they attempted to take him into custody for assaulting the victim. He was apprehended a short distance from the scene and continued to resist officers’ efforts to place him securely in handcuffs. Police transported Houston to LCCB and arraigned him before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.Accident Involving Damage To Attended Vehicle Or Property – Police cited Lumary Rodriguez-Toro, 49, of Lebanon, with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, after an investigation into an accident where Rodriguez-Toro is accused of leaving before police arrival. This accident occurred at 2:57 p.m. July 4 on the 1000 block of Guilford Street.Fleeing Or Attempting To Elude Police Officer, Duties At Stop Signs, Reckless Driving – Police cited Pedro Arroyo-Segura, 21, of Lebanon, with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, registration and certificate of title required, duties at stop signs, not wearing proper headgear on motorcycle, required financial responsibility, operation of vehicle without an official certificate of inspection, turning movements and required signals, reckless driving, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, after an investigation into an incident that occurred at 11:47 a.m. March 6 on the 200 block of South 4th Street. Police accuse Arroyo-Segura of fleeing from police on a motorcycle after he committed a traffic violation. A subsequent investigation identified Arroyo as the operator.DUI, Careless Driving, Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended Or Revoked – Police cited Jose Cruz-Robles, 34, of Lebanon, with driving while under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, after a traffic stop on 12:40 a.m. June 18 on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street. Police accused Cruz-Robles of having a BAC of .213% at the time of the stop.DUI, Reckless Driving, Restrictions On Alcoholic Beverages, Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed – Police cited Ian Simaska, 37, of Myerstown, with driving while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, recklessly endangering another person, and driving vehicle at safe speed, after a traffic accident at 10:47 p.m. May 14 on the 900 block of East Lehman Street. Simaska is accused of causing an accident that caused minor injuries to the two minor occupants of his vehicle. Police accused Simaska of having a BAC of .284% at the time of the accident.DUI, Illegally Parking On Sidewalk, Restrictions On Alcoholic Beverages – Police cited Ruth Crandall, 60, of Lebanon, with DUI – general impairment, illegally parking on sidewalk, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, after a traffic stop at 9:18 p.m. June 19 on the 900 block of Willow Street. Police alleged that Crandall parked her vehicle half on the sidewalk and half on the parking lane and had an open beer container in her vehicle. Crandall refused to submit to the chemical testing.Simple Assault – Police cited Hector Nieves, 25, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident at 7:02 a.m. July 20 on the 500 block of Clover Street. Nieves is accused of punching the 26-year-old victim, causing injury to her face. Police apprehended Nieves, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Nieves was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.Public Drunkenness – Police cited a 64-year-old Lebanon man with public drunkenness at 10:23 p.m. July 23 on the 300 block of North 12th Street.Dogs Running At Large – Police cited a 31-year-old Lebanon woman with dogs running at large at 11:21 p.m. July 15.Drug Possession – Police cited Steven Caraballo, 39, of Lebanon, with possession of a small amount of marijuana, after he is accused of possessing the marijuana when he was arrested on a Lebanon County bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:23 p.m. July 21 at 9th and Cumberland streets. He was incarcerated at LCCF on the bench warrant.Arrest Warrant, Theft Of A Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief – Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Vince Debor, 44, with no permanent address, after Debor was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after an incident at 6:08 a.m. July 24 on the 00 block of South 12th Street. Debor is accused of entering an unattended parked car and driving it from the parking lot. He had no right or privilege to operate the vehicle. He is accused of damaging property when he took the vehicle. Debor has not been apprehended. The vehicle is a silver 2009 Mercedes ML350, which has also not been recovered.Simple Assault – Police cited Xavier Reyes-Colon, 35, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) at 7:40 a.m. July 22 on the 00 block of East Pershing Avenue. Reyes-Colon is accused of punching the 39-year-old victim multiple times on her face, chest, and back, and then biting her on her leg, causing minor injuries. Police apprehended Reyes-Colon, transported him to LCCB, and arraigned him before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Reyes-Colon was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.Arrest Warrant, Failure To Comply With Registration Requirements – Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Ronald Artz, 33, with no permanent address. He is accused of failure to comply with registration requirements (Megan's Law). The charges were filed on July 19.Harassment – Police cited a 20-year-old Lebanon man with harassment at 10:04 a.m. July 13 on the 400 block of North 5th Street.Public Drunkenness – Police cited a 29-year-old Lebanon man with public drunkenness at 1:38 a.m. July 27 on the 300 block of South 5th Street.Disorderly Conduct – Police cited a 44-year-old Lebanon man with disorderly conduct at 2:44 a.m. July 28 at North 10th and Scull streets.Public Drunkenness – Police cited a 25-year-old Lebanon man with public drunkenness at 6:40 p.m. July 27 and then again at 7:17 p.m. on the 600 block of Cumberland Street. The man was intoxicated in public, causing a disturbance. He was asked to stay in his home. He returned outside, causing a second call for a disturbance.Simple Assault, Theft – Police cited Edgar Colon-Ortiz, 18, of Lebanon, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) and theft, after an incident at 7:58 p.m. July 26 on the 500 block of Cumberland Street. Colon-Ortiz is accused of punching the 18-year-old victim several times and slamming her head onto a wall, causing minor injuries. He is also accused of taking the victim's cell phone before fleeing the scene. Colon-Ortiz was not apprehended immediately but did turn himself in to police on July 27. Police transported him to LCCB and arraigned him before MDJ Maria Dissinger. Colon-Ortiz was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Vehicle Accident – At 8:29 a.m. July 29, this crash occurred near SR 419 and Cornwall Road. A vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Manheim man and a vehicle driven by a 32-year-old Ephrata man collided at the intersection. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
DUI – At 10:44 p.m. July 23, police arrested Joshua Boyer, 29, of Annville, for driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. This incident occurred on Lincoln School Road and Allentown Boulevard and involved a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.
Sexual Assault – On July 21, police were advised of a reported sexual assault that occurred at the Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway on Sunnyside Road sometime between 7:20 p.m. and 9 p.m. July 3. The 16-year-old female victim reports having been assaulted by three actors while in a parking area. After the assault, the actors fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means. Vehicle Accident – At 8:15 p.m. July 22, this two-vehicle crash occurred on SR 422 East. An unknown vehicle driven by an unknown actor was traveling east on SR 422. The unknown vehicle exited the road via the right shoulder and struck a mailbox. The mailbox was thrown and hit a nearby legally parked car identified as a 2017 Honda Civic. The unknown vehicle fled the scene eastbound. There was no witness to this crash. It is unknown whether the unknown actor sustained any injuries as a result of this crash. It is also unknown whether the unknown vehicle sustained any damage. Vehicle Accident, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – At 7:39 a.m. July 20, this single-vehicle crash occurred as a 2010 Mack Trucks garbage truck driven by a 26-year-old Lewisberry man turned right on Ramona Road from East Kercher Avenue. As the garbage truck turned, it left the road, and its wheels entered the grass on the right side of the road. The garbage truck's wheels then struck a guide wire support on the ground, causing the associated utility pole to break off at the top. The garbage truck was driven from the scene. The Lewisberry man was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and sustained no injuries. Myerstown Fire and Met Ed also assisted on the scene. Police cited the man with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Vehicle Accident, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – At 7:27 p.m. July 17, this two-vehicle crash occurred as a 2014 Ford Fusion driven by a 17-year-old Bethel male was traveling east on East Main Avenue. As the Ford was approaching the 200 block of East Main Avenue, the 17-year-old failed to maintain his travel lane while negotiating a slight curve in the road. As a result, the Ford left its travel lane and struck a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that was legally parked along the side of the road. The Chevrolet was towed from the scene. The 17-year-old was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and sustained no injuries. Police cited the 17-year-old with driving on roadways laned for traffic. PFA Violation – At 12:39 a.m. July 25, police responded to West Main Avenue for a report of a PFA violation. Police determined that the victim had an active PFA against the arrestee, and the arrestee sent the victim text messages. The arrestee was a 30-year-old Sinking Spring man. The victim was a 30-year-old Myerstown woman. Police are investigating.
Assault, Harassment – At 3:40 p.m. July 24, police responded to Plaza apartments for a reported domestic between the actor, Michael Sowards, 40, of Lebanon, and a male victim. Sowards bit and struck the victim, causing wounds and pain. Police arrested Sowards for assault and harassment. Vehicle Accident – At 4:30 p.m. July 25, this crash occurred on Quentin and Tuck streets. A 17-year-old juvenile reported that she was traveling on Tuck Street and was attempting to cross onto Quentin Road when her vehicle collided with another vehicle driven by a 31-year-old Lebanon man who was traveling north on Quentin Road. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Theft – Police are investigating the theft of two 4-wheelers, one camo color, one green, from the driveway of a residence on the 3600 block of Oak Street. DUI, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – On June 27, police cited Jamie Bechtold, 36, of Lebanon, with driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving on roadways laned for traffic after stopping her on the 2200 block of Cumberland Street. Bechtold's BAC was 0.263% at the time of the stop.
Theft By Unlawful Taking – Police cited Jose Lugo, 65, of Lancaster, with theft by unlawful taking after he took a truck that belonged to another person. This incident occurred on June 9 on SR 72.Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Driving While Suspended – On July 23, police cited Omileshkalee Walker-Miranda, 21, of Lebanon, with simple assault after a fight at Walmart that involved six to eight people. Police also cited Walker-Miranda with disorderly conduct – engaging in fighting, driving while suspended, and drivers required to be licensed. Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct – On July 23, police cited Chrishailee Bracero-Miranda, 18, of Lebanon, with simple assault after a fight at Walmart. Police also cited Bracero-Miranda with disorderly conduct – engaging in fighting.Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct – On July 23, police cited Mardalee Miranda-Ramirez, 37, of Lebanon, with simple assault after a fight at Walmart. Police also cited Miranda-Ramirez with disorderly conduct – engaging in fighting.Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct – On July 23, police cited Carmen Nazario-Roman, 28, of Lebanon, with simple assault after a fight at Walmart. Police also cited Nazario-Roman with disorderly conduct – engaging in fighting.Drug Possession, Loitering And Prowling At Nighttime – Police cited Jesse Wolfe, 38, of Lebanon, with possession of a controlled substance after they responded to a report of a suspicious person pushing a 4-wheeler down North 24th Street on July 27. Police also cited Wolfe with possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at nighttime.
Driving While DUI Suspended – At 3:44 a.m. June 13, police cited Rodger Hollis, 52, of Annville, with driving while DUI suspended after a traffic stop on Hoffer Road. Police determined this was Hollis’ third offense, which is a misdemeanor. Control Of Alarm Devices – At 9:02 p.m. July 23, police cited PSECU, located at 1220 East Main St., for control of alarm devices due to six false ATM alarms within a 12-month period.PFA Violation – At 4:45 p.m. July 28, police cited Jordan Bulchie, 25, of Annville, with a PFA violation after he had contact with the victim, despite the order prohibiting contact. This incident occurred on the 00 block of Shady Lane.
Altered, Forged, Or Counterfeit Documents And Plates, Evidence Of Emission Inspection – At approximately 11:24 a.m. Dec. 19, police observed inspection/emission stickers on a vehicle traveling in the 100 block of East Main Street that appeared to be fake. Police identified the driver as Quentin Stevens, 31. Police determined that the stickers were counterfeit. On July 18, charges were filed against Stevens at MDJ Garver's office for altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection, and evidence of emission inspection.DUI, Drug Possession – At approximately 1:27 a.m. May 25, police observed Kimberly Washington, 57, operating a bicycle with no lights in the 00 block of South Forge Road. Police also observed Washington riding the bicycle from side to side on the road. Police made contact with Washington, who admitted to having consumed alcohol prior to getting on her bicycle and openly stated that she was drunk. Police also found Washington to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police cited Washington for two DUI charges, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two other charges.
DUI Crash, No Protective Eyewear, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – At approximately 8:37 p.m. July 4, police responded to the 1900 block of South Forge Road for a motorcycle crash. Police determined that the driver of the motorcycle, Matthew Malenic, 58, of Palmyra, was under the influence of alcohol. Malenic was not wearing protective eyewear and failed to keep his motorcycle in his travel lane. Malenic was transported by ambulance to the Hershey Medical Center for evaluation. Police cited Malenic with driving while under the influence of alcohol, no protective eyewear, and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Overdose – At 11:34 p.m. July 20, police responded to Weaver Lane for a reported overdose. Police were able to revive the victim, a 37-year-old Jonestown woman, by performing CPR, and she was then transported to the Hershey Medical Center for further treatment. Theft – Sometime between 1:10 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. July 29, police responded to Applewood Court, where a package was taken from the front of a residence. The victim was a 30-year-old Lebanon man. The stolen property included a bike rack, valued at $33. Police are investigating.
Theft – At 5:36 p.m. July 12, police responded to Fisher Avenue for a report of an employee taking U.S. currency, valued at $240, from Burger King. Police are investigating.Identity Theft – At 3:23 p.m. July 29, police responded to Ridge Road for a reported identity theft. The victim was a 53-year-old Jonestown woman. The stolen property included the victim's identity used for unemployment/fraudulent bank account, valued at $100. Police are investigating.
Retail Theft – Police cited Shaina Bering, 29, of Myerstown, with retail theft after failing to pay for $171.90 worth of merchandise on April 8. Retail Theft – Police cited Meneleo Canete, 55, of Lebanon, with retail theft after failing to pay for $19.98 worth of merchandise at Boscov's on July 21.
